Refunds: Tickets purchased through www.condorestrella.com.ar via the internet do not have the option of changes and can only be refunded by the cardholder, subject to penalties. IMPORTANT: a) Refunds will only be accepted up to 1 hour before the departure of the purchased service, without exception. b) Emails received outside our Customer Service hours will be responded to first thing the next day. Do not forget to consider this information, especially in cases of ticket refunds as you could lose the entire amount. c) The refund of the ticket implies the following retentions according to M.T.N 1317/53: 30% within 24 hours of the departure of the bus, 20% within 48 hours of the bus departure, and 10% with more than 48 hours prior to the bus departure.
Luggage: Your ticket allows you to carry a handbag weighing up to 20 kg. Consult with the driver regarding additional luggage costs if necessary.

Condorestrella.com.ar reserves the right to cancel a transaction in any case it deems appropriate, informing the customer at the email address or phone provided at the time of online purchase or through the call center. All operations are verified and in case of irregularities found, the purchase will be cancelled without prior notice.
