With your ticket, you can carry a carry-on bag and one piece of luggage that doesn’t exceed 15 kg. If you go over the limit, you’ll have to pay for the extra weight according to the freight service rates of the transport company. It's important to show up an hour before departure for this reason.

It’s completely prohibited to transport the following as luggage on Condor Estrella vehicles: · Explosives, flares, firecrackers, fireworks · Flammable materials like fuel, paint, solvents, lighter fluids · Compressed gases: butane, oxygen tanks, camping gas cylinders · Weapons: loaded firearms, ammunition, gunpowder, tear gas, pepper spray. Unloaded firearms can only be checked by police or law enforcement · Corrosives: leaking batteries, ammonia · Other hazardous materials: gasoline-powered tools, camping items with fuel, radioactive materials (including radiopharmaceuticals), oxidizers, corrosives, poisons · Bicycles, furniture, boxes, TVs, radios.

If you find that your luggage is missing at the end of your trip, it’s important to head to the nearest company agency at the bus terminal to report what happened. Any claims regarding your belongings or luggage must be made before leaving the terminal and definitely within 24 hours after the trip ends. You’ll need to fill out the lost property form and present the luggage ticket or tag, along with your original ticket. You’ll also need to file a police report with the mentioned documentation. If you forget an item or carry-on bag on the vehicle, you should contact Customer Service at 0810-999-1111. In this case, the company won’t be responsible if the lost item isn’t recovered.
