Retentions:
- 30% within 24 hours of the bus departure.
- 20% between 24 hours and 48 hours before the bus departure.
- 10% with more than 48 hours in advance of the bus departure
Tickets issued with promotional rates are non-refundable, non-changeable under any circumstances, without exception.

Returns: Tickets purchased online can only be returned by the HOLDER of the card and with the retentions provided for in the commercial conditions accepted.
