With the arrival of 2008, Condor Estrella began a reorganization process that includes, among other aspects, the renovation and expansion of its mobile fleet.

By incorporating brand-new state-of-the-art units with all the technological and safety advancements available in the market, it has connected various cities in Argentina and Uruguay. Some of the highlighted routes include:

- Route 3: from Retiro – Liniers to Viedma, San Antonio Oeste, Las Grutas, Sierra Grande, Puerto Madryn, Trelew, Rawson, among others.

- Route 3: from La Plata to Azul, Olavarria, Coronel Suarez, Colonel Pringles, Bahia Blanca, Punta Alta, among others.

- Route 2: from Retiro – Liniers to Maipú, Santa Clara del Mar, Mar del Plata, Chapadmalal, Miramar, among others.

- Route 11: from Retiro – Liniers to San Clemente del Tuyu, Las Toninas, Santa Teresita, Mar del Tuyu, La Lucila del Mar, San Bernardo, Mar de Ajo, among others.

- Route 7: from Retiro – Liniers to Luján, Junín, Lincoln, Venado Tuerto, Realico, General Pico, H. Renancó, Laboulaye, among others.

- Bus de la Carrera: Retiro to Montevideo.
